I aim to post orders within 3-5 days unless otherwise stated.

UK CUSTOMERS

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated per order and will be shown at checkout.

International Customers

If you're from outside of the UK, please send me an email letting me know what you'd like to order. Shipping is a bit more tricky outside of this region so I'll need to email you with a shipping quote.

Raku

Unfortunately, raku items can not be shipped outside of the UK mainland. This is due to the their highly fragile nature.

Import Taxes

I can't be responsible for duties/taxes associated with customs. You should check with your country's local customs office to get an idea of what you'll have to pay for import fees.

RETURNS

I accept returns from within the UK. Get in touch within 5 days of delivery to arrange a return.

I'll refund the cost of the item once its been received in its original condition.

The cost of shipping and the return postage are not refundable. I cannot accept returns from outside of UK.
